We were late for lunch by French standards at 2pm and were turned away by several restaurants. Like other posters we stumbled across Thicka and could have easily passed it by. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food we got looked absolutely nothing like the glossy poster boards. Having said that it was really nice - freshly made in front of us. They do indoor and outdoor seating. Their bathroom is spotlessly clean. Price was ok too considering we’re in the middle of Vannes.

Passing through Vannes, we passed through the door of Thika thanks to this application. What a great discovery! Upon arrival, you are immediately at ease. Warm welcome by the manager who will transport you straight away! At the entrance, you have an eye on the cuisine and these famous Thika that you immediately want to taste. Then comes the choice… so there… everything looks so good, it’s not easy to choose!
We were with our 3 children aged 7, 11 and 18… everyone LOVED it. Fast, healthy food, in a friendly atmosphere, what more could you ask for? Oh yes !!! a Thika Rennais 🤞

This is the second time I've come to eat at Thika, the staff were very friendly, we were served quickly, it was good! I didn't give the maximum score because they don't serve tap water (you have to take a bottle) and I found that a shame. But other than that everything was perfect!

Juste une petite explication pour l'eau. Nous sommes dans la catégorie "fast food" nous n'avons donc pas de carafe d'eau. Cette prestation est propre aux restaurants et bars avec service à table et elle est incluse dans le tarifs des plats consommés au même titres que le pain et le beurre. Chez nous on mange à petits prix des plats faits maison, il faut donc payer toutes les boissons pour arriver à l'équilibre. Notre formule repas est très facile: salé + 1,50€ = une boisson sans alcool (y compris le thé glacé maison ou thé citron chaud maison).
On espère vous revoir très vite au Thika

Just arrived in Vannes after a long drive, so wanted to sit down and have a coffee. Just called into Le Thika by chance. Friendly staff, good drinks at a reasonable price, and spotless toilet.

Wonderful little place that you could quite easily walk past without even noticing it, great food at a good price but it’s the service that really tops it off, so friendly and accommodating, the staff kept us entertained and took time to chat and have a laugh 5* all the way, very highly recommended !!!

Having read reviews on Trip Advisor we decided to stop here for a quick snack during our visit to Vannes. Great service, great food & coffee/hot chocolate (rainy day!) and they even have us a menu in English to help us choose. Will definitely go back.

Great food and great staff.
Very friendly and there was no problem with communication.
Food was very unusual and unique From anything in Ireland.
If your in Vannes this is a must eat!!
Food was reasonably priced and suited vegetarians as well as meat and fish eaters.
Also they asked my name while ordering and called me by name for the rest of the service.
First time I’ve ever seen that in my experience and it was very nice.

Love the service here,I am always greeted with a smile and they try to talk English and I try to talk French. The food is something I had never had before, like half bread rolls filled with different toppings. I like the fact that you can choose two different halves. They also have sweet rolls with sugar, vanilla, Nutella etc.
