Visited Le Transat twice for lunch during a recent trip to Benodet. We sat outside on the terrace with a lovely view over the river and the boats. We enjoyed the tapas offering (tapas mer/terre) with both seafood and cold meats Delightful on a warm...More
We visited Le Transat twice during our recent trip to Benodet - once with our children and once without! The steaks were delicious and the 39 EUR "Gourmet" menu is good value for three courses.
This casual restaurant is a treat. Creative food and good wines. Tuna for starter or tuna for main meal : delicious! Light holiday atmosphere, too. A pleasant place.

Outside lunch or dinner is pleasant. Food and service are standard. No interest if you are inside in a corner without outside view.
A lovely view of the Odet from the terrace where we ate a lovely lunch. Service was friendly. The location is the main reason for eating here and it's next to a car park - handy.
Great location with plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the stunning view over the estuary to Saint Marine. Lovely ambience and friendly service. We've only had drinks here but reports from people who have had the say that it's lovely.
