We ate here all 3 nights of our stay in Benodet because it was so good, and excellent value, the sea bass and scallops were particularly to die for!

We were recommend this restaurant by the people in the tent next to us who had been here for lunch. We are a family of 2A 1T and 1B. We found the restaurant to be very popular with locals and tourists a like. We were found a table despite not having a reservation which seemed to be no problem for... More

What great food! This restaurant provided an excellent meal - I had mixed seafood followed by scallops. Tasty, filling and well-presented. The service was excellent, and they were very friendly to the children. Highly recommended.

My family and I ended up here because L'Alhanbra was having a private function, but not telling its potential customers (very poor customer service). The place, in contrast, welcomed us and were friendly and efficient. I had fish soup to start which was exquisite. My wife and daughters shared a platter of clams which the children (aged 5 and 6)... Waited for opening time to have a meal, they were not happy as we hadn't booked, however the restaurant was empty and we were given a table straight away, struggled to order due to lack of language understanding, when food came I was given salad with my fish rather than fish and chip plus side salad, they didn't change as didn't... We ate here on a very busy Friday night. Despite arriving after 9pm without a reservation we were quickly seated and served. Brochettes of scallops were totally delish. The restaurant is informal and lively and great fun. There is a help yourself all you can eat seafood buffet for €29.50. Build your own seafood platter!

Great sea food restaurant. All fresh and very a la carte dinning. A better choice of restaurant compared to the sea front / port. Slightly cheaper menu but definitely not cheaper quality food. Both me and my partner chose three courses from the main menu (just as cheap as the set menu) wine was beautiful. Restaurant setting was modern and... More

We were the only English people in the restaurant which was very busy. We are comfortable speaking 'restaurant' french which was just as well because none of the waiting staff spoke English. Starters were fine. For main we ordered steak brochettes. Both were cold and had barely been shown the griddle. Mine was so bad, I had to send it... More

It is pretty rare (check out my other evaluations) that I rate a restaurant as 'horrible' but after a really bad experience here today I just had to tell it like it was. We invited our family here for Easter lunch - we reserved for 1 pm and were a bit late so we called to tell them. We arrived... More

We had a lovely meal on our last night in Benodet. The Seafood Buffet did look fantastic, but we went for a set menu. We both had a small Fruits de Mer to start, and was loaded with Oysters, Mussels, Cockles, Winkles, Whelks, Clams, Crevettes, Shrimp and Langoutines. My Steak Au Poivre was cooked to perfection, and my wifes chicken... More
