We had a great evening. Excellent food, not common and well prepared. Not too sophitiscated, just elegant, with very fresh products and a great talent. Amazing Souffle au Grand Marnier, one of the best ever tasted.

We wanted to celebrate January 1st 2019 in style and opted for the set menu for that day...we were not disappointed, from the amuse-bouches to the dessert, everything was delicious and the service, though slower than usual, very good. The array of dishes were well...More

I was meeting friends in the afternoon and wanted to have a private lunch before hand. Arcachon has hundreds of restaurants and to find the best is like looking for a needle in a hay stack. I asked the chef/ patron of my previous night's...More

On the outskirts of Arcanchand and having no fancy front, this first class restaurant has a very nice interior. Service is friendly but still most professional and swift. But nothing compares to the menu and the wine list! I am ignorant whether or not Le...More

Highly impressed by the professionalism of the service and a particular mention for the Maitre D and sommelier. The food was inventive and delicious. One dish failed to hit the mark and we advised accordingly, and received a recompense. The main room is delightful and...More

We regularly go to Michelin restaurants with a couple friend of ours. We found this a disappointment. We wondered whether this may have been due to the language barrier but after consideration decided it was. We ate in many lovely places in arcachon and this...More

We had the 7 course menu de plaisir. We had it with a accompanying wine menu. The food was good but definitely not wow, as in other Michelin star restaurants. 2 dishes were spoiled because the accompanying wine didn't match with some elements of the...More

At a Michelin star restaurant you expect complex dishes paired with excellent wines. The restaurant didn't have a standard wine menu to accompany the `menu plaisir`, so we asked if this could be arranged. It was possible, so we decided to go with it. The...More

Generalleutnant I love that restaurant. Today nearly all was wrong: -The ordered Whiteboard wine was warm. -Bread crumes on the table not cleaned away. -the digestive did arrive only after the coffe was allready cold. - on the end my stomag developped much gas because...More
