This is a seafood restaurant with excellent food quality. The prices are quite expensive but the food is very tasty. We had a lunchtime meal of sole which was delicious. There are good views from the window seats facing the ocean where the choppy waves can be observed breaking on the shoreline near the estuary of the Adour river at... More

This is place was very simple and so very satisfying. We ate excellent seafood (both delicious and generous portion) and the service was very friendly and courteous. It is definitely a place where I would come again in the future.

a good place for excellent fish and seafood in a highly interesting setting : on one side of the restaurant you see the boardwalk, beach and sea, on the innerside there's an ice skating rink! this is a cosy place where french families come to celebrate, though it is not posh at all.

Not a cheap meal but well cooked and very tasty oysters & fish. Tables are a little too close to one another and no doubt this is due to having to accommodate large numbers in season. Staff friendly and competent.

An excellent location and this time we had a window with the sea view and not the ice rink!! We had a great fish meal, always the same reliable menu to choose from. Service was excellent and attentive, but as it was a Friday lunchtime the restaurant was not full. I like the simple Spanish decor and style, but agree... More

You like seafood? Go! You like oysters? Go! You like pata negra jambon? Go! You like lobster? The best you can imagine at the plancha. Forget the frame. Ask a table at seaside, enjoy the food and wine. Feel the salty waves. Service fast and sympathetic. A place to visit, to enjoy, to like. A real recommendation to go. And... More

Huge restaurant. With such a beautiful view over the ocean and the Adour estuary you would hope for a nicer decor. Service is industrial, canteen-like. Our starters - éperlans frits (whitebait) where ok, but some were really too big for whitebait. The oysters were not served on ice and were therefore much too warm. The grilled sardines were good. Portions... More

We were suggested this place by our b&b hosts. We were first not really convinced as this is the restaurant of the ice skating hall. But our surprise was great as the food was super fresh and nicely done. We had oysters and mussels as a starter then entrecôte and Merlu for the main. Dessert was Basque cheese and creme... More

The grilled sea bass is always excellent. Seafood is always fresh but try to get a window seat, the Bay of Biscay at sunset is superb.

Quite shocked after reading many good reviews on this restaurant decided to try, and I was shocked it was so bad, really not sure how on earth a specialist fish restaurant could be so poor, and how, what i suppose you would call the maitre de could be so unprofessional, this lady should be ashamed! We had ordered starters, which... More
