A truly wonderful evening in the most splendid surrounding. The food was exceptional with really nice touches. The sea bass with truffles very tasty as was the Duck. We just starters and mains, but ended up having 5 course for the price of two. The home made bread with really good butter was an added bonus. As for the service,... More

We recently paid a second visit to this restaurant with some friends ,and it did not disappoint. Excellent food and great value. Our only comment was that two of our party thought the knives needed sharpening as they had trouble cutting their canette !

As others have said this is a fantastic place. We had the 49€ menu which is a selection from the 3 course menu. It started with the amuse bouche and soup. Fantastic. Also breads in a box each with special butters. My wife had the seasonals vegetables entree with Cod and I had the eggs with truffle. Both great dishes.... More

This is a beautiful classic restaurant set in a period building, We had the set lunch option which was about 26 euros for the three courses. You still got the little extras, amazing breads served in a little box and you didn't leave hungry. The food was classically french but with modern presentation and style. The fish and the guinea... Superb food, beautifully presented in a lovely room. We had lunch - the daily special 3 course menu - 200 euros including two bottles of wine, bottle of Perrier and four coffees - incredible! Plus interesting amuses bouches, plus soup, plus desert tasting tray. Good parking and you are welcome to leave your car while you enjoy a stroll around... More

I have had the pleasure of dining at Mariottat some years ago and this trip, staying with friends closeby insisted we go again. Madame Mariotatt made us most welcome and again we had the degustation lunch. The food is only describable as devine! It is superbly prepared, excellently presented and elegant in the extreme. Our friends selected the wines ,as... More

Not often do you find an exceptional restaurant - this is such a find. Set in the back streets of Agen but with its own secure parking, Mariottat is juste superb. The decor is eclectic French modern and very comfortable. The cuisine is inventive and creative stacked full of flavour with the freshest of ingredients and just beautifully presented. Don't... As earlier reviewers have mentioned 'discovery' of this restaurant in old Agen & the lovely building one finds seems like a triumph before one crosses the threshold. Madame & her staff are very welcoming & the ambience & decor of the interior is exquisite. The standard menu at €49 is good value for a Michelin starred restaurant & we found... More

We went for a celebration lunch with our daughter and her fiancé. We choose the a la carte selection menu, which at 48euros for 3 courses was excellent value especially with the addition of the muse Bouche,, the chilled soup and additional desert it seemed more like 6 courses. This was our first experience of a Michelin restaurant and it... More
