We had a nice lunch. Meat was okay. Veal with pepper and a veal with lemon sause. Nice but not extraordinary. Paid 6 euros for a salad of only green saled leaves. That was bit dissapointing. Bottle of water 2 euros. Okay. Not great but definately okay.

We had reserved for 4 on the terrace outside, but the family before us were taking their time. The owners offered us to wait inside with a glass of fine prosecco and to win some time we could already choose from the menu. We had antipasti for 4 which was really delicious. The wine (Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2015 from... More

The service at this restaurant is amazing. Antipasto and meatballs as starters, both were delicious. For our mains we had pizza, chicken, and pasta. All very yummy. We ordered 4 deserts, chocolate cake, cheesecake, tiramisu, and adffogato. The food was to die for and good for our whole family. Wine was amazing, and drinks came out quickly. Service was outstanding... More

We had wild roar and beef on lemon sauce, tiramisu. They were all perfect. The waiters were also all very nice. We would recommend this place to everyone coming to Volterra.

Fast and nice service, very good steak and amazing tiramisu. Best tiramisu money can buy😁. Also you should try suppa volterana.

What a terrific find. We dined outside, the menu was comprehensive and covered all tastes. We had a litre of house wine, a couple of beers, bottle of fizzy water, sprite for the boy.... it is a holiday after all! food was a tuscan plate selection for 3,it was the best we have had in Tuscany, the flavours were incredible!... We've been in Italy for 10 days, had some wonderful food but this was the best. So tasty I didn't want it to end.

We red a menu before deciding where to have a lunch and it seemed very traditional and typical - just what we were searching for. What a di disappointment! "Spaghettoni" were not home made pasta, but a simple, low cost spaghetti..overcooked (eating pasta which is not "al dente" in Italy is a serious crime). I asked a well done steak..and... More

We decided to stop here for lunch as it had a nice outdoor area and the menu looked nice as well. Service was good to start with when got seated but then sort of disappeared. The worst part though was the food. Two of us ordered the Beef Stew? which sounded nice but when it arrived it was just a... More

Stopped there for lunch and were not disappointed. The vegetable soup was excellent and the wild boar meal was very good. The servers did their best to answer all our questions and our overall impression was very good.
