Several years ago, on our first visit here, we both enjoyed some fantastic tuna steaks. Simple but truly memorable fish. On this visit once again we had the fish of the day. Really lovely. The service was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to our next visit at the Ombra della Sera.

This gnocchi was terribly boring and I must advice everybody to go somewhere less touristic. The location and the tablecloth was nice.

Recommended by people I was staying with, this restaurant did not disappoint. Serving good Tuscan cuisine, I enjoyed a meal outside accompanied by a very good local white wine, Service was amiable & the meal not too pricey (but not cheap). They offer more than just pizza, so a good place for all tastes.

We loved this place. A real Italian place, not too touristic, great value and great pizza's. A little bit further from other restaurants. Wine is very cheap and decent. Highly recommended!

|We were in a family trip 2 adults and 3 kids. we reached at late evening in Voltera and after a walk arround the streets, looked for a nice place to eat. The service was poor, the english of the waiter was low, the dishes were totally different than expected and small compared to other restaurants. Surprisingly, the waiter changed... More

This place serves very nice local food. Pasta in Chianti, spaghetti vongole, pasta with rabit and of course meat and fish. A nice place to sit, and their pasta is really cooked to perfection. Winelist is small, but that is the case most places. BUT they had local producers on the list which was nice to see (good producers)

The food is good, traditional Sienese dishes. Of particular interest were the Picci al Raggu. Big issue is the cover charge, which is a scam to get 10 euros out of you. Will not be coming back.

Went there for a lunch, based on recommendations from the guide. We waited an hour for a simple pasta, salad and meat. service was very slow, thou the place was not fully booked (after 13.30). thanks but never more. not sure how this place can have so many recommendations if the food and service are really only average or below

In the middle of the touristic medeaval town of Volterra you will find mainly tourist type restaurants. Tonight it was bussy, staff lieraly running, still swift and adequate service. The quality of the food being above average: a safe stop for a good meal!

The best tiramisu I have ever eaten! The panna cotta was also great. Good service and good wine recommendations as well!
