3DC Gradi - i.e. Tredeci (Italian for 13) Gradi (degrees) is on the outskirts of Viterbo's San Peligrino medieval quarter. We had lunch there on a previous visit three years ago and this time 3 of us returned for dinner. Our friend had acquacotto ('cooked water') a hearty local soup with potato, spinach, broth, bread, and more. I had a... More

Best By Far of local restaurants -- we recommend sitting in the room to the right -- brought to the room to the left is wonderful also!

We spent a warm and friendly night toasting the arrival of 2015. The cheeses, the wines, the soups were excellent and the price was right. We highly recommend it!

We love to take day trips and Viterbo is one of the places we enjoy due to this restaurant. I can never resist getting the pasta al cinghiale (pasta with wild boar), which is delicious. We usually follow it with the most tender abbacchio (roasted lamb) that I've ever had in Italy. The molten lava chocolate cake usually features a... More

I was at Tredicigradi with a group of girls on a sort of hen party (in the sense that it was a very tame one!) The aperitivo was nice and there was plenty of fresh local food, and the wine was really good. We ended up spending €15 per person which was very good value I think. There was a... More

Came across this by chance and was welcomed in by very friendly staff even though I spoke little or no Italian. The food was very good and the rose wine especially good value. The bill for two with a start, main, pudding, coffee and a bottle of sparkling water came to 60 euros and they took visa :-)

Good quality of igredientes. Sometimes dishes of the old tradition that you can't find anymore. For example a beans soup with wild fenoil. But the service can be a bit rough.

I ate at 3DC Grad several times during my visit to Viterbo. The food & wine are exceptional and the service was excellent. Like many restaurants in Viterbo, this is an intimate setting. One thing that anyone will enjoy is the collection of old photographs of VIterbo filling the walls and, literally, hanging from the ceiling. Hard to imagine anyone... More

I tried this restaurant a couple of times and it looks like they lost some of their passion and interestin the business. Not so much choice in the menù and above all quite banal dishes. Good selection of chese and salami. Service really not the best. In the end it could be cheaper.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
