This place takes pride in preparing food, especially for those that eat gluten free. They don't just slap bland, easy to prepare food on a plate, they go to creative lengths to prepare delicious and beautiful gluten free food. It is moderately priced. Need to make reservations, because to get the full enjoyment of this restaurant you need to eat... More

The starters were quite small and nothing special The pastas were very good, not massive portions but enough We didn't try the meat dishes The sweets were a little on the small side and again nothing special Good choice of wines The prices were far too high in my opinion for what you actually got The price definitely let's it... Based on other reviews we were really looking forward to dining here. Our starters were all nice, nothing exceptional. My daughter's seafood pasta main course was really nice, my partner's main course of cod was a bit drab but unfortunately my main course was a crime against taste. It was swordfish in a thin tomato broth with olives and basil.... More

One of the best meals I ever had. Perfect food both visually and taste-wise. Great service, everything the waiter advised was extremely good. Seriously, we had two different antipasti, primi and dolci and all six entrees were magnificent. Go and try this place if you have the opportunity. Well worth the mention by Michelin guide.

This is a lovely restaurant that is full of surprises. It doesn't look great from the outside but boy does it deliver inside. Our favourite starter was the gnocchi with squid, zucchini and squid ink. Best main was a deliciously moist rabbit. Not cheap but great value. Would definitely recommend if you fancy something out of the ordinary.

We had a lovely meal here, The sushi toscano was a riff on carpaccio, rolled maki-style, with truffle. Risotto was splendid. Meals are reasonably priced but very cleverly imagined.

first of all the internal decor is (in our view) quite kitsch. the food was very creative and amazingly good . but the rabbit came without any side dish. too much rabbit and nothing with it , while the other mains had vegetables or potatoes. the risotto portion was really enormous . i would recommend some tuning . overall an... We did not expect to find such an excellent "modern cuisine" restaurant in Viterbo. The meal was outstanding (every course was exceptional), the service warm and welcoming. Equal to the best meals we have had in London, where we live, and extremely good value. Highly recommended.

We wanted a restaurant that was abit special to celebrate the end of not one walk but 3. The restaurant is quite minimalist wih white leather furniture, white walls adorned with some interesting art works. Not at all traditional Italian. Interesting menu with mix of what looks like traditional dishes with interesting variations. The cooking is excellent and every dish... More

I have been living in Italy for over a year now and my wife and I stumbled upon this restaurant when we were visiting the area. This place, though a little pricy, was the best place that I have dined in all of Italy. We did an appetizer, first, and second course. All were amazing. The smoked goose breast appetizer... More
