Nitens was the culinary highlight of our recent 2 week stay in Versilia. Each course of the 5 plate “degustazione antipasti" was impeccably executed and highly creative in presentation, texture, and taste. The main course of pasta with sarago was equally delicious and the chardonnay from Sudtirol recommended by our waiter was a true find. I highly recommend Nitens to... More

Nitens is quite a small restaurant but it has quite good quality dishes at very reasonable prices. The 5 piece starter is a great idea, giving you access to 5 very different little taster plates. Main courses are also quite good value but a little small, almost nouvelle cuisine proportions - I could have easily eaten a primi and a... More

Come here and get the 5 course starter (min 2 ppl) - WORTH IT - so delicious, every bite was a crescendo of delight. The mains were more forgettable. Truffled scampl was nice but you will still be hungry after. I had the black spaghetti special which was forgettable - didnt want to finish it. We had to sit outside... More

A friend and I had a lovely meal. We ate "a la carte" but could see a number of other diners enjoying the tasting menu. Allow plenty of time as they were busy and service was on the slow side. This was OK for us as we were not in a rush. They welcomed us with Prosecco which was very... More

This wonderful restaurant is slightly out of the way but is worth seeking out. The night we went there was some issue in the kitchen which meant that service was slow but they were very apologetic and made amends. The food was a seriously high standard and the wine list was good and good value. We would certainly go back.

The food is absolutely beautiful and decent sized portions. The two guys serving are also very friendly and helpful. The only downside was it took over an hour before our starter arrived and then it was another 45 minutes before our main course came. I don't think the kitchen is big enough for the covers they have. Please don't let... More

Stylish place with really beautiful, creative food - highly recommended, but try to avoid busiest times as the service gets a bit patchy.

Excellent restaurant with local fresh food, in a nice ambiance with very friendy staff; modern decorated, very good antipasti and the second menu is also delicious, the house wine is also excellent; restaurant to go with your friends or family.
