We had dinner here on our first night in Stromboli. Consider the image presents itself as a rather posh restaurant (and the prices are up to the posh expectations), unfortunately there is nothing special about this place and it ends in a rather disappointing experience. First thing first: if you don't want to be treated as a second class customer,... More

Had the tourist menu which was pretty good. The spaghetti and the wine were really good but the fish was not excellent as it was a bit overcooked and dry. Tourist menu was definitely enough food and location was beautiful.

Quick and great food. Excellent wine and gorgeous cannoli. Beautiful environment and kind personnel. Definitively a place to visit

Continuing to update my reviews, we went to il Canneto the night it opened for dinner this season. Still the classiest place on the island, still the loveliest family owners, still the most reliable. Always great for home made pastries, coffee and granite all day, those looking for a pleasant dinner experience should try il Canneto. M

My wife and I have a house on the island and I've written about Canneto before. It's stromboli's meeting place for coffee/cornetto in the morning, and terrific granite (Italian ices) anytime of day. We live at the other end of the island, so don't go often for dinner, but this trip, we went twice. Once to eat w friends who... More

It's THE meeting place in Stromboli for coffee and pastries in the morning to ice cream in the afternoon. Soon it'll be open for dinner in season. You must go! M

I strongly recommend the typical Granita e Brioche to kickstart the day in Stromboli, all pastries are home made and delicious, couldn't comment on dinners. Enjoy!

Nice place to have dinner if you visit stromboli. Best for dinner, no sea views but still nice place to dinner at the terrace.

The Canneto is a beautiful place on the way to the center of Stromboli. The ice cream and the granita are very good and after the beach is a good place to recovery ! As restaurant is very expensive, easy 50 eur per person but in the island you can find better place for less money like 'La Lampara'. The... More

if you like lemon granita, this is the place in Stromboli: not too sweet, refreshing...mmm. And the gels granita, made with mulberries is delicious too. Me and my teenage daughters loved the cannolis with pistachio, and the fresh salads
