I’ve eaten there several times this trip and I’ve been delighted every time. A tiny spot with outdoor seating, fabulously bountiful charcuterie, and porchette sandwiches that could change your life. Some good local wines, too.

We laughed when the Prosciutteria's enormous board of sliced meats and cheeses arrived at our table. We would never, ever be able to finish! And yet. In a leisurely hour, with the help of nice cold beer, we polished off a beautifully arranged platter of...More

Wandering through Spoleto in November there didn’t seem to be many options open for lunch, until we stumbled across this place. They had an amazing selection of meats and cheeses on the counter and the menu had many combinations. My husband and I both had...More

A place where you can taste local cheese platters and cold cuts with an excellent glass of Umbrian red wine from Monte Falco or craft beer. The owner is nice and knows how to give you precise information about the products he sells.

Loved our meal last night here, terrific cheese and meat board, also had two serves of bruschetta between three just in case. Probably didn’t need them, lovely red wine artisan beer wasn’t quite to our taste but nice and cold.

The owner is super friendly, and the quality of meats, cheeses, panino, wine, and everything else is just going to knock your socks off. Ask them for their recommendations, and you will leave a very happy eater.

Ideal for unexpected local wines and beers, and the finest selection of Umbrian meats and cheeses. When the porchetta is in, it's transcendent. The best part, however, might just be the roasted vegetables they have on hand, always different, always just bursting with flavor. How...More
