We loved the food at this restaurant but the service and view make it that much better. Definitely check it out if you are in the area.

We were staying at The Hotel Vis a Vis where this restaurant is based so ate here on two evenings overlooking the Bay of Silence and watching the sun go down, a not to be forgotten experience. There was a wide choice of dishes to choose from, including local specialities and on both occasions we enjoyed perfectly cooked meals, served by... More

Good service but surprisingly below average food. The view to the area is stunning. So should the kitchen be, too. There is more to this location.

This restaurant has the most wonderful view overlooking the Bay of Silence with stunning skies and sparkling seas....The food was absolutely fabulous but the service so slow that we were served both of our main course ten minutes apart which was really disappointing!

we decided to go for the restaurant spontaneously the night we arrived at hotel vis a vis. When entering the restaurant we didn't feel it was a friendly welcome, maybe because we didn't reserve. We were shown the local menu but not actually the tasting or other menus that people have been raving about. All in all we didn't feel... More

The long-established Hotel Vis-a-Vis stands on a hill above Sestri Levante, with a panoramic view (360 degrees) of some of the finest scenery on the Riviera del Levante, that part of the very beautiful coast between Genoa and Tuscany. The hotel and its restaurant are a closely-guarded secret. On the top floor is a terrace and bar. Immediately below, on... More

After hopping around the Italian Riviera for a week, visiting the lovely towns of Vernazzo, Portofino, Rapallo, Zoagli and Santa Marguerita Liguria, we stumbled upon this restaurant when a woman we met on the street gave us the wrong directions to another restaurant. It is in a beautiful hotel called Vis a Vis. To enter, you walk up a long,... More

We stayed at the hotel on e night and decided to have both lunch and dinner here. Lunch was Spagetthi Frutti di Mare for 20 Euro in came a rather small portion but tasted well. I had the Bresaola which was normal. Dinner was in the same Beautiful restaurant with Fish and Beef for me. All tasted fine.
