This restaurant is away from the seafront but worth discovering. Lovely lady running the front of house whom I believe was the owner . She dealt with our lack of Italian and provided us with English menus. Plenty of choice at very reasonable prices. Went...for the all in one dishes after much deliberation. Partner had hamburger and I had a bruschetta combo which was of a generous size and tasty. Carafe of local wine finished things off nicely. I believe they also have a pizzeria which we intend to try if time permits.More

I went to Ca di Ferae to have lunch for a birthday celebration. The place was beautiful, the service excelent and the food and local wine even better! Everything comes on the right time and the flavors are different and new. The price is worth...for what you eat.More

A very nice cozy restaurant with very good food and prices. The service team was very nice and they let us stay till late. 😊 We got a fantastic white wine recommendation. I’m looking forward to go back very soon having dinner there with friends...and good company.More

Had two meals here, one by chance (when the planned restaurant was closed), one by design because the first experience had been so good. The menu strays interestingly from the norm in Sestri; the dishes are excellently prepared and presented; atmosphere and service are of...exceptional charm.More

We decided to go to Ca‘ for dinner due to the many great reviews. Our hopes were high and we left fully satisfied (and full) after having had a great dinner. Location is a little off, but that means it’s not as crowded as many...other places are. The host was a real joy, she cares about her guests and makes everyone feel welcomed. Her recommendations were spot on and we decided to follow the recommendation for the starter. A great start (scallops were perfect). Both the main dishes were tasty as well. Wine was decent, too. Bathroom was clean. This dinner had everything we could have asked for. Our favorite restaurant in Sestri Levante, prices are more than reasonable. Highly recommended!More

Every time we come to Sestri we come to Ca’. A year and half ago, I had said this was my favorite place in Sestri and although we’ve been to great “contenders”, Ca’ is still, by far, my favorite. The host is as friendly and...attentive as ever, food is fantastic and my boys feel at home... what to say... chapeau !More

Good restaurant, friendly service. Honest and professional. Seafood was great. One meat dish was not good, we returned it and it was not charged. I will go back.

We’d struggled a bit to find good food at a reasonable price in Sestri as there were too many ‘nouvelle cuisine’ places charging high prices for small portions of ‘fussy’ food. Ca’ di Ferae is different - firstly a large and varied menu, with some...‘unusual’ dishes as well as the old favourites. We’d walked past on Saturday night and it looked very busy but mid-week was much quieter. Firstly the welcome we received from the waitress (and owner?) was fantastic....and this continued all evening. Secondly the food was amazing.....tasty, freshly cooked and good portions. We shared a black ravioli starter and then had the veal cooked in red wine & cocoa and the chicken in coconut milk & ginger. All really delicious. The pizzas and pasta being enjoyed on neighbouring tables also looked amazing! We chose a bottle of local red wine and were then treated by the restaurant to a dessert wine with some biscotti. A lovely evening....great food with such warm & friendly service. Highly recommended.More

We visited on the recommendations here in TA and I had high expectations going in. After waiting for a table, we had excellent service--friendly, helpful and attentive. We tried a number of dishes and sides, including the pizza norma, the rabbit and a salad. The...pizza was ok, but it dropped off from there. The rabbit was overcooked and dry and the salad was again ok. That said, I would give it another try given the positive experiences of others. Maybe it was just what we had. Prices are extremely reasonable.More
