Cannot recommend this place enough, hands down our favourite spot we visited, loved it so much we cancelled a reservation elsewhere to come back for a second visit. We first went for the aperitiv sunset night which was amazing, we had a front row seat over the ocean which was the best seat in the house and overlooked a stunning sunset, was charged a min spend of ÂŁ40pp but well worth much more than that. They had a DJ and a live saxophonist playing, service was impeccable. Luigi looked after us tremondously. We are hoping to return another year. This place made our trip.

We loved this restaurant! The Maitre D was very welcoming, and our waiter was amazing. I have weird alpha gal allergies from a tick bite years ago and told him I love scallops but cannot eat the bacon listed with it on the menu. I did not expect him to do this, but he said, "We will make it up special for you so you can enjoy it!" Not only without the bacon but with a substitution of fresh baby clams beautifully placed around the scallops and sauce, it was fabulous! My Primi piatti of saffron risotto with fresh clams was also superb, as was my amazing dessert of a fresh lemon tartlet with petals of fresh mango and tufted merengue, adorned with a sprinkling of confectioners' and a lovely fresh flower- The whole meal was a work of art...and absolutely delicious! Maybe my favorite meal in Italy! My husband loved his meal too. Add this to the setting, open air elegance surrounded by lovely plants and the sea on 3 sides. Breathtaking!

Staying at the hotel we l so we are here a few times for lunch, great pizza but the evening meals were amazing.
We ate here two nights during our stay, it was so good.
Having drinks on terrace first watching the sunset and having little snacks brought to the table was a nice touch.
My favourite dish was the Mozzarella with tomato sauce served with a scoop of Parmesan ice cream …… it was exceptional.
Wonderful dessert too.
Shame on our second visit the restaurant manager tried to seat us near the pool area, then when we said we wanted the terrace he only had one table at the back near the lift even though we booked a table the previous day.
But we did really enjoy the food both evenings, fabulous place to watch the sunset.

The view is incredible but the food is even better. My wife and I ate several meals here and everything we had was delicious. The starters, salads, pastas and fish were all outstanding and expertly prepared. Definitely recommend booking a reservation for dinner to watch the sunset if possible.

We were staying at the Bellevue Syrene at their restaurant, although it boasted a decent sea view it was not very inviting, the chairs were uncomfortable, it was next to the walkway entrance of the grand hotel with people passing back-and-forth and we just did not want to dine there. By way of contrast the breakfast area of the same hotel is on a wonderful private terrace where they probably should site their main restaurant however they use this area for weddings and events.
I consulted our UK concierge service requiring a last-minute reservation somewhere special and they recommended restaurant Ristorante Corallo Sorrento. We were so pleased that we ended up here. Firstly the restaurant is gorgeous, airy, we sat just inside by the open terrace, fresh flowers Lon every table, comfortable seating and the most amazing uninterrupted views just perfect for enjoying the sunset. I can't imagine anywhere better in Sorrento to enjoy sunset while being looked after by the most lovely waiters and served delicious food and wine.
We had a look around the hotel itself and it is gorgeous. Everything is clean and immaculate and so exceptionally friendly.
I must congratulate all the staff as well as hotel manager Antonello Assante for being so ahead of the curve and providing restaurant perfection. We had the loveliest evening.
This hotel and restaurant exudes quality. This is a classy restaurant which is ideal for a relaxed, calm and satisfying dinner. We will definitely return to Ristorante Corallo Sorrento on our next visit to Sorrento.

The cuisine is excellent with an interesting and innovative offer that combines tradition and innovation.
As a couple we enjoyed two appetizers, a first, a second and dessert:
1. amberjack crudité with buffalo stracciata (very delicate) and aubergine parmesan with Parmesan cheese ice cream (interesting). 2. half paccheri alla Nerano with seafood (exquisite) and turbot with true clams (exquisite).
3. creamy mango (exceptional) and biscuit with ricotta and caramel foam (very good).
But there's more.
Defining this restaurant as one of the most beautiful I have seen around Italy is simplistic.
The room is on the Gulf of Naples with a view of Vesuvius and the islands of Ischia and Procida.
This alone would be worth the cost of dinner (or hotel stay).
In short, highly recommended from every possible angle.
The cost is in line with the quality of raw materials and preparations. Congratulations very much.

The sunset aperitif on the Corallo terrace was a must this summer! An enchanting location where cleanliness and attention to detail reign supreme! In a romantic and evocative atmosphere, my husband and I often enjoyed excellent drinks accompanied by excellent finger food, all with a special musical background. A special praise to the staff who are always attentive to the customer's needs, they are all ready to pamper you without ever being intrusive. A place that never tires and where you always want to return with immense pleasure!

We were staying at the Hotel Corallo and the Ristorante Corallo was the perfect setting for a romantic sunset dinner for two! Mario, our maitre'd made sure we had a table with an incredible view of the setting sun. He took very good care of us all evening. My husband started with the Scallops and I ordered the Parmigiana. Both were so amazing, we had to share. Mine came with Parmesan ice cream, which I thought was curious for an appetizer. It was the star of the dish and a must try!!! We both had the filet of beef for our main course. Again, it was very, very good! Mario, made our night so special. You will love Ristorante Corallo!!!

Found a nice and peaceful place to eat near the super crowded piazza. Excellent service and engaging head waiter. Breathtaking views during the sunset. Barbequed fish plate and sahram risotto can be recommended. Home made lemon ice cream had so much taste!

We ate twice in the hotel restaurant during our stay. Once inside and another time out in the area adjacent to the pool.
Lovely food attentive staff and when we asked for wine we were recommended good choices but well priced.

Friendly within a beautiful setting. The view is wonderful. The head waiter was engaging and made us feel very welcome as non residents. The food was great. We dad the ravioli to start. Pork snd entrecôte as mains. Save room for the Mille Feuille is unbelievable. The lemon range I’d mouth watering. Would highly recommend

The place is fantastic, the service very bad.
Food it is ok but nothing special, probably the most interesting things are the desserts.
The wine list is ok but compared to other restaurants a bit more expensive.
Overall I am not satisfy at all. I won’t be back

Good restaurant in the best area of Sorrento . The food is good with great ingredients. Good views since is located at the high part of the coast. Knowledgeable maitre d' who perfectly advice about the wine in relation to our food . The service in general is excellent and professional .
I was expecting something more contemporary about the decor as well as the presentation of the dishes and the illumination in general.
In any case is worth to try it because is a restaurant with good standards.
