Oprócz świetnych lodów klasycznych, mistrz lodziarstwa komponuje własne innowacyjne kreacje - wspaniałe i dietetyczne. Kompozycje naprawdę niespotykane i godne naśladowania. Moje ulubione to:..."pera-cannella" czyli gruszka z cynamonem, bananowe i mandarynkowe. Wszystkie bez dodatku laktozy i cukru! Właściciele niezwykle mili: pan (mistrz lodziarstwa) bardzo chętnie tłumaczył składniki, z jakich osobiscie skomponował swoje pyszności. Wracałam wielokrotnie! We went there because it looked OK and was close to our next destination. Not only we could taste each type of ice-cream before making a final decision, we loved each taste we tried. Lucky choice - no doubt about it!
