We stopped off at Cafe Bigio on our way through San Pellegrino Terme.
OMG the Gelato!

Try the coffee!
Try the cakes!

We were actually only at the Pasticceria right beside the Restaurant. It is a cozy Café at the Center of San Pellegrino serving good Italian Coffee and good tasting Pastries and cakes. They even have free Wifi.
