Around 1.30pm on Sunday I enter this restaurant asking if it is still possible to have lunch. The owner tells me yes, if we are willing to be patient. We sit down, we are served two pleasant and fresh aperitifs and within 15 minutes the first courses, which are truly superlative (tagliatelle and gnocchi from the Varaita Valley).
