The restaurant offers its clients local dishes from Emilia, the inevitable selected delicatessen, where the special DOP (Parmigiano Reggiano, Culatello and Parma Ham 24 months) accompanied by one of our specialties, the "fried cake." We serve the best food culture parmesan stuffed pasta, fresh and we produce, prepared with local produce. The menu varies according to the season, making you enjoy rolling all our delicacies. In winter, we propose anolini in broth, potato ravioli with truffles, dumplings, beef stew with polenta, guinea fowl, tripe ...
