At our arrival we were welcomed by Gabriella and Ciccio. What an honor. Since many years we wanted to come to dine at the restaurant Duomo. Ciccio rightly says : "In my dishes I want to feel the land I am in. A chef is...More
We had the surprise lunch menu with selected wines. Two of the dishes were fish which is not a favourite of mine. Despite this, I enjoyed each course. Various appetisers and palate cleansers were also offered such as truffle ice cream. Service was attentive and...More
Great Restaurant in Ragusa. Surely the best!! Expensive is it but is worth your money. Elegant, the Service very neat, and the food EXCELENT. The gift from the chefs, they seemed an artistic picture. The wine list and the Sommelier( he was very helpfull to...More
We couldn’t imagine a more delectable and artistically presented dinner, including the service. The small dining room was a perfect setting, except for one loud patron who continually visited another table, but that can’t be blamed on the restaurant. The meal was a delight!

The chef here is undoubtedly a very great talent. His inspired use of mostly local ingredients and influences to forge dishes of quality and refinement is altogether admirable. We particularly enjoyed the Mediterranean cod with local truffles and the achingly sophisticated cannolo dessert. The wine...More

They do have a menu, but there was a tasting menu that they chef made for us. Next time we will just do the menu. The tasting menu was a little "monocultured" for us. We wanted a wider variety of flavors and the menu would have done that nicely. Have fun.
