This spot is located right in the city center by the beach, and while they have amazing pizzas, they also have zucchini flowers which I would highly recommend. They are a special type of zucchini that are only found in the warm months, stuffed with...Parmigiano Reggiano. Y U M! I will say that they aren't very attentive here so you just need to make sure you stay on them!More

We came across this restaurant on our last night in Positano as the weather was shocking and we didn’t want to venture too far from our hotel Palazzo Murat What a find! Fabulous food Excellent service Superb wines A fabulous meal for the two of...us with charming adjoining table guests which added to the evening Superb little touches such as a bag clip to attach to the table to keep my precious clutch away from the floor All the staff were fabulous and the food was divine Photos attached to show our splendid Last night dinner in Positano it really didn’t disappoint in any way!More

Class restaurant. Really nice setting to eat inside or outside. The waiters were brilliant and a really good laugh. The stuffed courgette flowers were the best we had in Italy! had the gnocchi and the lasagne and both very good topped off with profiteroles! It’s...a pricey restaurant but was worth it!More

This place is the most underrated place in positano! We had Parmesana and deep fried prawns to start with, followed by ravioli with spinach & ricotta, and special spaghetti with clams and monk fish. We finished the meal with tiramisu and lemoncello. The staff was...fantastic- super polite and attentive. We have been to all the restaurant on the main beach but this is a hidden gem! Trust me! If you are in positano and want a traditional italian food go to ristorante max !More

Restaurante requintado, preço alto, porção minúscula (nem parece rest. italiano) e atendimento a desejar. Fine restaurant, high price, very small portions (it looks more like a French restaurant than an Italian one) and not very attencions, frendly service. If you want to have very Italian...taste in Costa Amalfitana maybe you should go to Agerola and visit Leonardo restaurant and request Enzo to serve you all there menuMore

I feel awful writing this review because the waiters were lovely but the food and the restaurant are really overpriced for what is on offer. I like my pasta al dente but this was almost crunchy and the ragu was too rich (I like it...rich but not overpowering). The restaurant has no view (which I knew already) but it also has access to private individual's apartments so there were people coming in and out of their houses and walking through the restaurant which felt very awkward. There are so many beautiful places to eat in Positano, I just can't recommend this - particularly given how expensive it is. Go to Da Vincenzos or Il Ritrovo!More

The best pasta and Risotto we both have eaten! Great terrace (also lovely inside) and service...our favourite meal on the Amalfi coast.

We came for lunch, and we were not prepared for the most delicious pasta we’ve ever had! I ordered the pasta with lobster, that first bite was absolutely amazing! I’ve never had pasta so fresh, it literally melted in my mouth! My husband got the...pasta sampler, which was equally amazing! We were so impressed we ordered a 3rd pasta dish to share. I highly recommend this place!!! Besides the delicious food, the place itself is beautiful, and the staff are so friendly and welcoming! Top notch service! We also came back the following day for dinner, we couldn’t leave Positano without eating their amazing pasta again.More

After having a few drinks at Franco’s we went to Max for our first dinner in Positano. We loved the atmosphere, staff and food. My wife started with the calamari and I had a mozzarella salad. Next, my wife had the tagliatelle and I ate...the lasagna. For our main dishes we had lamb chops and the fish special of Positano with potatoes. For dessert, we had creme brûlée and tiramisu. The meal was amazing and I would definitely eat here again.More

It’s worth a try outside the busy season. Great wine list and lovely setting.

Did not take a pic of the menu. It is very typical Italian menu. Great salads, assorted pasta dishes, pizza. Good option for meat lovers or vegeterians.
