We dined at the Ristorante Covo Dei Saraceni on our first night in Positano. The food and service were both very good and the and prices reasonable. Was it the best dinner we had during our stay? No, but for two tired travelers on our...first night it was everything we could ask for.More

We were waiting for the ferry after a long hot walk. Sentiero degli Dei (Path of the Gods), Starting in Bomerano, Nocelle to montepertuso to Positano. Pizza and beer was definitely called for and appreciated . We sat watching the people on the beach, fishermen...repairing nets and tourists bustling about. The staff were great and didnt rush us to leave.More

It was a beautiful night at Covo dei Saraceni. Eloquent service, charm and delicious delicacies made for a memorable experience. Eduardo, Taras and Sabatino made admirable efforts in their hospitality and brought smiles to many in the restaurant; ourselves included. Keep this restaurant in mind...on your visit to Positano!More

We sat outside mid September and were very warmly welcomed by staff. This place was recommended to us by our hotel when we asked for great pizza. We were not disappointed and probably the best pizza I have ever had. Their suggestion of white sauce...for my husband’s pizza was spot on. You can easily ask to swap out ingredients should you wish to do so with no hassle at all. It was also lovely sitting by the sea and just hearing the waves. No hesitation to recommend food, location and general simple setting outside their main hotel restaurant.More

At the end of a hot couple of hours in Positano we wanted a cold drink whilst we waited for our boat. This outside area across the street from the main restaurant was ideal. Plenty of shade, right next to the jetty and ideal for...watching the beautiful people parade past. I had a large beer and my wife a mojito cocktail. Came to 17 euros which given the fact we were in Positano and the beachfront location was I thought not too bad.More

Through our travel agent we were booked to do a cooking class. We thought it would be with 4-6 other people, but it was just my husband and I. Basically a private cooking class. We were brought into their super clean kitchen and were shown...how to make Eggplant parm, homemade ravioli and Choc almond cake. We were then given the opportunity to make it ourselves. The entire kitchen staff and managers were amazing and so nice. They told us to come back around 3pm and they would actually cook what we had prepared. We did return and sat at the most beautiful table with a stunning view and were treated like royalty. What a great experience and we weren't event guests there...we had simply booked the cooking class with them. They were so lovely and the food was so good and plentiful that we decided to cancel our dinner reservations (at another restaurant) after eating our late lunch. There was a little language problem and the manager helped me straighten it all out. i would stay at this hotel in a heartbeat. They are all about making each guest feel amazing. Thank you to the Food/Beverage managers as well as the kitchen staff. You were great!!!More

Spending a couple of nights in Positano, we took a stroll across the beach and discovered this jewel in the crown ... The excellent service was only surpassed by the food. Perfectly cooked and presented. A little over the average price of dining out, but...worth every penny. And when you’ve taken the trouble to venture down Positano way, surely you should indulge. we had the Pasta Lobster to start, with complimentary appetisers. Then the Chateaubriand ... Perfect. Pudding and Cocktails .. absolutely. Highly recommended ... Worth every penny..... “Ben fatto” every one at the Ristorante Covo Dei Saraceni 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻More

We came here for a leisurely lunch. Sit outside if you are 2-4 people as the view is great. Loved the linguine with clams - we asked them to cook it well for us (not al dente) with seasoning and they did it really well....The beef carpaccio starter was also nice but I found the risotto bland - try the pizza instead. The best part is the dessert which they get from their cafe downstairs - the lemon sorbet in a lemon ! We paid around €70-80 per head with a bottle of wine.More

Enjoyed a nice meal here while waiting for the boat back to Sorrento. Nice location by the beach and harbour, good for people and boat watching. The four cheese pizza was very nice and they can do gluten free pizza as well. Tiramisu and lemon...sorbet desserts were lovely.More
