The food was really good. The taxi to get there was expensive. They do send a driver for some guests. You have to be insistent. We had a long wait for a taxi back to our hotel.

After two weeks in Italy and having eaten fabulous and often cheap food, we went with high expectations to Donna Rosa, especially after reading other reviews. The positive was that the dining room is lovely and the service very professional The negatives were that the food was really not special at all, and the prices charged therefore unjustified. The best... More

Amazing family owned restaurant. The tagliatelle, ravioli, meatballs, black and white pasta and the panacota were out of this world. We were 7 people and our bill was only 500 euros.

maybe our expectations were too high for this restaurant...we were seated in a room off to the left of the main dining room...no idea why since there were many empty tables. There was a door to some type of service room right behind our table, so there was constant traffic in and out by the wait staff....brushing by us the... More

We stayed for one night at MontePertuso, and chose to have dinner at Dona Rosa. Wife had the Tagliatelle and I had the egg plant Ravioli. They tasted yummy and we could tell were made from fresh ingredients. For dessert, we shared the pannacotta, and it was exceptional ! All the wait staff were professional and courteous. Shout out to... More

We have eaten at Donna Rosa for several summers and always enjoy our dinners! The black and white pasta is my favourite while my wife loves the balsamic chicken. They are very courteous, fun and warm! Also, they are very good with allergies and dislikes and don't make a fuss over it. This is not a place with a view,... More

The most expensive meal we had in Positano but I can see why. The food was of the highest quality and staff very attentive. I had cannelloni which probably the best I've eaten, I can understand why chef's come to their cooking classes

We made a reservation for a group of six based upon the recommendation of a long time fan of the restaurant. Every dish was exceptional, great wine list and the chef and staff were friendly and went out of their way to make sure the dishes selected by each individual was suited to their palette. We felt like a part... More

It's one of the best food I ever ate in my life! You see those 3 women working in the kitchen with lots of love and passion. They treat you very nice in the restaurant and also fulfill your special wishes. It's no the cheapest restaurant but because of that the food is outstanding. They also serve very good classic... Away from the tourist crowds - a true taste of Italy. Wonderful food and very pleasant service. Some of the best food on Positano.
