We were in Ortesei for 4 days and was so happy our friend introduced us to this amazing restaurant and we had a chance to eat it. Wanted to go on our third day but goggle said its closed on Wednesday so we were so...glad we got to try it on our last night of the trip. Firstly, impeccable and attentive service, always checking in to see if we're ok, if we enjoyed the food and gave good recommendations of the food. For a start, bread and the house made butter were delicious. I ordered the clams pasta for my mains and my fiance ordered their day specials the smoked cheese tortellini. Truly enjoyed both dishes. We had quite a few cheese tortellini the past few nights but this was different from any of the others we had. Smoked cheese was delicious and tortellini was made to perfection. My clams pasta was not the same as any vongole we had in other restaurants too,one of the best I ever had! When it came to dessert, i ordered the Williams pear with Valhorna chocolate which was recommended by the waiter, and we were wondering if we should order the apple strudel too since the region is known apple strudel. The waiter recommended it and said its not the traditional strudel but it had the same ingredients and is their take on apple strudel. Ordered it too and both desserts certainly didn't disappoint. Love and miss the food there already. We were kinda sad we didn't get to know of this restaurant earlier but also glad we ended our trip really with such a good meal. We went for two dinners in a row. First one we where pampered with advices and great service from Roberto (special mention to him for his competence, and friendliness). The zucchini flowers are just fantastic, the cannelloni with beef cheek the same. Roberto suggested some...dishes of the menu and helped us with the wine choice. Great evening, so we came back the next dinner, unfortunately we where seated in the stua area that is a bit segregated from the rest of the restaurant, and already that makes a difference, the waiter that served us was certainly not as skillfully as Roberto, and he forgot to place the order for one of the main dishes. You can immagine the situation (I would have offered it since the poor guest had to wait and eat alone, while the rest of us had finished). But the main difference is that with Roberto as our waiter we ended up spending a good 25% more... and we where happy to do so. Conclusion: the food is delicious, the ambiance is nice... keep on investing in great staff.More

We always make it an effort to make a reservation for a wonderful, beautifully prepared locally inspired dinner. They are famous for their pork ribs, but to me, the daily menu offering is always a sure thing. Specializing in local Sud Tirol dishes which pair...perfectly with the excellent wine list offerings. In Ortisei for 8 days and ate here twice, Roberto was amazing in making sure my son was safe with his food allergy and the food was simply AMAZING! We make sure to go whenever we are in Val Gardena

The quality of the food and the service is very good.ribs is delicious,and fiorentina is very good plus to further grill at the table is a very good idea especially when you are with the children.wine list is full of choices with reasonable pricing.

Although restaurant has michelin star, presentation of foods was not good enough. (Especially desserts) Foods were delicious but I don’t recommend desserts. Ribs were fine. Atmosphere was great and also service was very friendly and professional. Long story short, I didn’t get what I expected...before going there but I can’t say bad.More

A really cozy family restaurant. We were lucky to get a table on Friday night - the place was packed. The service is friendly and really good. The food was delicious. I got a kind of pasta that I can’t really spell but it goes...with beef checks so you can identify it. It was really good. And the starters were delicious: we got several to share. The waiter speaks English, German, obviously Italian and he has greeted us with a few Ukrainian words which was nice. Just book a table beforehand. They start serving dinner at 6 p.m.More

We were skiing in Alpe di Sussi and had dinner in Tubladel. The atmosphere is marvellous, the service is top and the food i awsome. The steak is great, the consome is great, the tiramisu is also super. Recommended
