Good price for a lunch

Me and my Bf was in Tuscany in holidays. We was around Montepulciano for a nice walk and some wine taste. We choose this restaurant because was one of the few still open at 2pm. The food was good, and abundant in the plates. Don't expect so much from the furniture. But the place was very clean and... read more

We, a family of 4 including 2 teenagers, ate here last night. We found the restaurant to. E very good value for money (58 euro for a family of 4 including wine), pizzas were about 8 euro, lasagne 7euro(which my husband said was the best lasagne he had ever tasted). Service from waitresses was excellent.

This is by no means the best restaurant in Italy but it provides tasty pizza at reasonable prices. It is well located on the main drag and has a nice outlook on the terrace overlooking the bell tower and one of the many churches. The waitress dealt with our table of 8 efficiently, even when it started to rain and... More

The day was very wet so we didn't sit outside, I am glad we didn't . The restaurant goes downstairs and shows the history of the building. It is a lovely restaurant and the food was great .

This is a modest, unpretentious little restaurant on Montepulciano's main drag. The food was excellent and the prices very low. We enjoyed the steak marinated in olive oil and spices. We shared one secondi (main course) plus a salad, grilled vegetables and fragiole (Italian white beans) for around 25 euros... half the cost of our dinner elsewhere but every bit... More

This restaurant offers some decent low cost meals in an expensive Italian hilltop tourist town. We have eaten there several times, although always for a quick lunch rather than an evening meal. The service is good, our waitresses have always been a bit hard-pressed as the place is always busy but they do their best and have never been rude... More

Came in for a pizza, glass of wine and wifi. Pizza was terrible, wine awful and wifi non-existent. Meal was literally trown in front of us, maybe the smashing of plates compensating for a lack of any kind of verbal skills. One waitress seemed nice, but we were not served by that one.. Served being a collosal overstatement. Please, save... More

We ate here because it was close to a venue for a concert that we were going to. This restaurant is in a great position for passing customers - next to the Puncinella bell tower and church - on the walk up from the bottom of town. However the food is not the greatest quality (I think we must have... More

Passed by this place on a number of occasions and noted what appeared to be a great regional menu. Was particularly looking forward to the wild boar casserole and my wife was looking forward to her first Italian pizza this trip. Greeted by a waitress who just didn't care, wouldn't give any assistance with the menu and forgot our drinks... More
