3 couples ate here for dinner in September 2016. Excellent food and presentation - different twists on typical Tuscan dishes and chef inspired preparations. Nice wine list as well, and wonderful service!

This is our fourth time at the Logge in 10 years and it only gets better each time! We were warmly greeted by Massimo who manages the place . The food was excellent - we tried the duck dish cooked with apples (from the daily menu) - it was a masterpiece. We went for wine by glasses and had excellent... More

This restaurant is worth the trip itself. We took a cooking class with Chef Federico here in the morning and had our 25th wedding anniversary dinner there that night. It was incredible and creative food and we enjoyed a full course of chef selections. No question why Le Logge is in the Michelin Guide.

Montepulciano was a sleepover point for us, so we were just walking trough the town and found this restaurant. Lucky for us, someone just cancelled ther table and we managed to eat there. Wonderfule. Free welcome drink and welcome dish. At the end some great tasty cookies. The food is wonderful and nicely served. And we were so full but... More

Wow what a find! Dropped off in a little side street to find the most beautiful restaurant with indoor or outdoor dining areas. Greeted by Massimo the owner so warmly and settled in for what was a fabulous night. We were given advice, great service and the food and wine gave us a real taste of quality cuisine in Tuscany.... Prior to our recent trip to Montepulciano, my husband and I signed up for a pasta-making class at Le Logge del Vignola and made a lunch reservation there for the same day. We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class (pici, ravioli, tagliatelle), and had a chance to sample our work – delicious! That may have been the most tender pasta we... More

We booked the table days ahead of our visit to this good restaurant in Montepulciano- and expected a lot from recommendations. Sorry to say; the expectations was not met. Too much artistic influence of the dishes - maybe change focus on taste? That will be my recommendation!

Excellent food. Refined, elegant and beautifully presented. The waiter gave us good advice on the wine and our choice worked perfectly with our dishes. If you want a special treat during your visit to this part of Tuscany, this is a good spot!

Description
The restaurant Le Logge del Vignola is located in the heart of Montepulciano's old town centre, across from the renowned loggia attributed to "Vignola". There are two elegant, comfortable rooms where, by candlelight, guests can savour dishes from the Tuscan repertoire as well as the restaurant's own distinctive cuisine, accompanied by excellent, local wines. The restaurant is air conditioned. There is a temporary exhibition of art works by Gino Filippeschi.
Seasonally available ingredients form the basis of a cuisine that primarily features local products and, taking inspiration from tradition, reimagines them in a way that is adapted to today's tastes.
Among the restaurant's offerings: a tasting menu of special cheeses, flambe cuisine and much more...
The cellar is stocked with a careful selection of wines from Tuscany and beyond, with the possibility of pairing, even by the glass, suggested by Sommelier Massimo Stella. Owner: Massimo Stella, Executive Chef: Federico La Rocca.
