The restaurant Le Logge del Vignola is located in the heart of Montepulciano's old town centre, across from the renowned loggia attributed to "Vignola". Discovered this gem and it's very talented chef/owner, Massimo, attending his cooking classes. The classes were so fun: 2 types of pasta, a tomato sauce base to use for many different dishes. The best Ossobuco!!
