Stopped here to have lunch in Montecatini. Warm, kind and friendly staff whom offered us excellent service. The pizza is perfect! Really delicious and everyone ordered something different and all gave rave reviews. Based on the other reviews, we will go back and try something different the next time. This restaurant is really wonderful, white table clothes, excellent service, excellent... More

Had late lunch at Pizzeria Trattoria and enjoyed one of the best thin crust pizzas that I had while in Italy. I prefer a thin crust and Grandpa did it right. Wife was able to watch him make the pizza. Family owned, great service, white table cloths.

This was our favorite restaurant in Montecatini. We ate here 3 times. The food, as well as service was excellent. When it came to wines, I relied on their advice and a bottle of the house wine they recommended was excellent. I had mellon and prosciuto (great). I tried Steak Florentine (35 Euros). I shared this dish with my wife,... More

Really great restaurant with kind and helpful staff - like e the ribollita soup and pasta. Very nice outdoor area in summer - smashing indoor dining Room when weather is not so good. Well worth a bust when in Montecatini

Even though our waiter kind of rolled his eyes when we asked for just a glass of prosecco rather than the bottle, he poured us generous glass and only charged us 3 euros apiece. I had a pasta that looked like a flat rigatoni with a meat sauce and my sister had a linguine pesto both of which were very... More

Prices are reasonable but portions are small too. It took 45 minutes to get spaghetti Ragu but delicious. Pizzas are quick but too thin and not Napoli style. Fillings not generous. We ordered half a litre wine but got whole bottle or glass option.

We ate here everyday because the food was wonderful and so inexpensive. It was a short walk down a side street off of the main square. Each night was a leisurely meal served by a great staff. On our final night they treated us to a goodbye drink of limoncello. We were tearing up when we left but can't wait... More

While this place lacks the visual polish of most of the nearby restaurants it makes up for it with the quality of the food. The prices are very reasonable and it appeared to have a lot of regulars and with good reason. Very impressed and nearly missed out as from the outside it looked empty, which wasn't the case.

We stopped here for a happy hour and then dinner. The atmosphere was laid back and it seemed to be a favorite spot for the locals. The wine is good and inexpensive. We sat in the covered patio for dinner. Our service was prompt and efficient. The waitress did not speak English but she got our orders 100% correct. We... More

Had a dinner at Pizzeria Trattoria il Vicolo. What a great find, casual, when we arrived it had just opened at 7pm. We ordered pizza, appetizers, salads, by the time we were finished and leaving the restaurant ( a very nice outdoor table) every table was taken and a line had formed down the street of people waiting to be... This restaurant is extremely well priced with a great variety of good genuine Italian dishes. A Pizza oven where the best steaks are grilled. We enjoyed melon and Proscuito, Pizzas, Steaks, Risotto, Fish, all under 5 euros for Pizza and 8-10 Euros for Steak.we would highly recommend this Restaurant, less pricey because it's just off the main street- but much better than the most expensive. A covered outdoor area and a beautifully layer out area inside. The toilets are spotlessly clean and so is the restaurant with lovely table linen indoors for the same price as the covered outdoor area.
