We came to La Pecora Nera in our first evening in Montecatini Terme. Nice restaurant, tasty food. We tried tagliatelle con lobster, gamberi alla griglia accompanied with a bottle of Prosecco.

beautiful little place with a high end feel. Very nice staff, very accommodating. Decided to propose to my fiance here during our trip to italy. The staff were very friendly and even had champagne and roses on hand for us.

We came here based on tripadvisor and weren't disappointed . Service was excellent and understated. White Table clothes and Napkins and even little tables to keep your expensive handbag off the ground ( if you needed it). The goose liver with orange sauce was fantastic , The bitterness of the orange cut through the richness of the goose liver. Starters... More

My 3 friends and I recently ate here and it was hands down the best dinner we had during our stay (8 days). We went in off season (end of November) so the restaurant wasn't crowded but we emailed them to make a reservation anyway. When we first arrived we got the feeling they weren't fond of 20 something Americans... More

What a lovely meal.....everything was delightful. The service was completely high class. No rush to push you through. The food delicious, the wine perfectly complemented the meal...dessert topped it off. And all things considered, reasonably priced for a classy meal. Yum!

We loved our dinner at this quaint boutique style restaurant. Impeccable service! We loved that for us we ate late (7:30 pm is the first seating for italians) but for Italians it was early so we had most of the restaurant to ourselves. We loved the extra attention. We made reservations online before our trip and it was very easy.... More

Our group meal was very enjoyable and the staff were very attentive (except for when waiting for the bill). It would be a great date/ couple experience. The food and wine were excellent with complimentary prosecco and an amuse bouche, accompanied by a variety of Italian bread from different Italian regions. Fantastic value for money compared with London however there... More

After being in Florence all day touring the museums, we were very tired but decided to go out anyway. Went to two different restaurants that turned us away, stumbling into La Pecora Nera by mistake. White linens and chandeliers, felt definitely underdressed, but was welcomed and made to feel comfortable. Service was top notch, food was excellent. Price was really... More

We arrived just at the time they were closing, and they allowed us to be seated and order our food. They were very gracious. Even though there were items on the menu that were not available because of the lateness, there was still plenty of items from which to select. The meal we received was a very good value. The... If you are looking for an elegant restaurant on a special occasion, offering good food, then this is the restaurant for you. I chose the risotto with prawns whereas my mum opted for the pasta with asparagi. Both were very good. It is on the pricey side - however you would expect it from an elegant restaurant such as this... More
