The food is fantastic, staff very friendly and the atmosphere is great. This bar has an excellent range of wines and spirits all reasonably priced.

Nice place with very friendly service and service was quick too. Menu was in Italian and English as well. Some of the first plates needed to be ordered two of each or the chef would not prepare it apparently. Wine and beer was good. It cost about 60 euros for two of us to eat without any starters with one... More

I have been coming to Gino's regularly over the past 5 years. In a lovely area of Venice Mestre this Osteria is a great destination for a spritz after work and for dinner. There is always some free snacks to wash down with the aperol/campari sparkle. Tables in the back are tucked under shelves of brilliant wine choices , hanging... More

if you don´t speak italian the staff was a bit shy to speak english. So the service quality was therefore not very good. The Vitello tonnato was far from good (dry old meat in a maionaise based tuna sauce). in weekends the place is outside crowded with students smoking pot all around the place. Its good for a drink -... More

Passed by here after a morning of shopping with my boyfriend, saw it had a good few locals in so have it a try. We both ordered spaghetti and a glass of wine each, they were superb! However the waitress was rather unlovely and seemed like she didn't want us there . Would recommend for food but that's it...

We arrived to Mestre yesterday afternoon, went for a walk and ended up in this little cosy place, that was empty by 6:30 we came but totally crowded with locals by the time we left at 8pm. Food was great- we had delicious pasta and eggplant dish and chose yummy desserts from their special corner. Staff spoke only basic English... More

This nice Osteria was full of locals when we walked in. Food was good, the wine list is long as has choices for every taste, The only downside was that we sat in a table that was close to the kitchen, where we could hear the owner/cook throwing pots and pans and silverware around, Kind of a quintessential italian experience.
