We spent a lovely evening here, being hosted at the hotel nearby - so it was our only & shortest choice. They are specialised in fish, so we wanted to leave since I am not a fish or sea food passionate - BUT the waiter was super kind to offer other pasta option special for me (they didn't even have... They offered us a package of starters and a main course. All were fish meals. From the first small gift startee to the main course, no mistake at all... Serving (explaining details of the dish), treatment in between dishes, and the quality were excellent. The atmosphere is not so exceptional however suits well with the type of dishes. It is... More

We were in Venice for only one night, and decided to visit Dall'Amelia based on the reviews from various other TripAdvisor users. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food for the price we paid, as well as the supreme service. It was a very good experience to have a English-speaking waiter, which instantly made us feel more... More

Understated entrance opens up into atmospheric and welcoming ambience. Mainly seafood, but well presented and good value. Seabass ravioli/ prawn liguini followed by pistachio and chocolate mousse cake = 44 euros for 2. Friendly english speaking staff added to the pleasure.

Had meal here on Saturday. It was absolutely disgusting. Asked if we could have butter with our bread rolls and we were told they did not have any! I had trad spaghetti but they did not bring par cheese even tho I asked for it. Another couple were dining next table and they were equally disgusted. We were staying in... More

Usually I go to Amelia with guests while staying in Mestre for an annual congress. Amelia is s great address if you want fresh fish prepared with care. Last time I had delicious fish carpaccio and granceola. The service is attentive and fast. Definitely I will be back!

The room is large, some 150 seats and there is another room for private parties. Unfortunately, as we enter, the size of the room accentuated by there being only one other customer in the place. Not a good sign even if it is a rainy Monday evening. But, despite the circumstances, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the welcome cheerful... More

We stoped there on Christmas day without a reservation and for our surprise, there was availability!!! Service was nice and our waiter came right away and introduced himself, getting some positive points for this place. Food was tasty, the only problem was the timing...way to slow!!! We were sitting there for almost 4 hours. Good after all experience.
