Loved this little find - great views and a lovely rustic vibe. Service was great - albeit we were just ignored when we left after a long dinner which was a little odd but I would definitely return.

We have visited this restaurant 4-5 times and from 2010 and until now it has completely lost it in any thinkable way. Our antipasto contained fish and ham that was completely gone and we decided to pay and leave the place. Sorry but tourists actually CAN tell the difference between fresh food and NOT despite all the deepfrying. We did... More

This is a great place to see the sunset every evening. The views of the sunset and the panoramic view to Capri is stunning. The food was good and reasonably priced around 80 euros for 2 including wine. The pizza and the Spaghetti were particularly good as were the deserts. The only let down was the service, it was quite... More

We had wonderful food here and it was reasonably priced. However for our last meal we were charged for a bottle of wine which wasn't the wine we ordered (it was more expensive) - they substituted the wine without drawing this to our attention. It was a shame really because we loved the restaurant and visited it 3 times during... More

We had several awesome experiences here during our stay in Massa Lubrense (we stayed at Casele La Torre, which was also amazing). We had dinner here three times and took pizza to go to eat by the pool one day. All of the food, especially the pizza, was amazing. The service was great. Theresa made us feel like long lost... All five of us had different pizzas and they were all really good. The views towards the sea and Capri are outstanding. All in all a really good meal with very friendly and attentive service.

The entrance to the restaurant is on Massa's main square, but the dining room and large terrace are a few steps down from street level, in the midst of orchards and olive groves, with a view of Capri and the Mediterranean. Classical local cuisine cooked to order, with delicious fresh fish: ask for the catch of the day (often it... More

Just arrived in town after 3 hour drive. We quickly saw the restaurant and had a recommendation from apartment owner. We had late lunch on the patio, beautiful view and delicious pizza and pasta. The pizza was thin crusted and flavorful. Service was good, attentive and accomodating with our late arrival, although others arrived after us. We were able to... More

We stopped in for lunch during a boat charter along the Amalfi coast. Antipasto selections were very good especially the fried lotus flowers, eggplant and bruschetta. The fish was well prepared but a little on the fishy side. Tiramasu was nice. House wine acceptable.

We visited Restaurant Il Cantuccio on 4 separate occasions for dinner on our recent stay in Massa Lubrense. Without exception, we were warmly greeted and service by Sergio and Teresa was terrific. Every meal we had was most enjoyable, from the pasta to the pizza to the fish; we especially enjoyed the salted cod appetizer. The restaurant sits high on... More
