In the bustling centre of a town famous for ornate sculptural architecture is this true gem of a pizzeria. Summer evenings in Lecce are a heady mix of sounds, smells and bustling alleyways filled with people. The exuberant locals enjoy a lifestyle of great music, food and dance late into the night - and I was lucky enough to eat... More

Saw this place on Trip Advisor but didn't go looking for it. Was having a glass of wine across the road and remembered the name so decided to try it. It was the best pizza I have tried in my life and had to go back for seconds. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

Came here for a pizza appetizer, and left full (after only one piece). The four of us each ordered what we wanted, they made one big pizza for us and we shared it. The fresh buffalo mozzarella was to die for, but all flavors and spices were Yummy.

We visited pizza&co for a casual dinner, the owners recommended pizza toppings, which were all delicious. Great location, good beers and very reasonably priced!! The owner even gave me his own prosecco from his fridge, on the house! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best pizzas so far - this is by far THE place to go in Lecce. Not at all like the pizzas we all are used to. For three euros you will get a culinary explosion!

Have been in Lecce for a few days and I can finally say YES, this is the pizza I was looking for in Italy. Veery good!! Must have! Prices: 2-3e/slice, 12-18e/pizza. Big portion.

I was in the business my own and and can tell you from a semi-professional view that this pizzeria is a place that you shouldn't miss. The first place I was there they had a electrical problem but this is nobody fault. Today I had a Margerita and a Napoli and it was how I pizza should be, simple and... More

Most generous chef ever! He simply "gives his knowledge away" in his cooking classes (through Espressino Travel), but still can't quite replicate his sublime pizzas......come on Maurizio, what's the secret?!! I love Puglia!!

We stopped by for a slice of pizza having read the reviews and were not disappointed. In fact the previous reviews do this place a disservice! Stunning pizza and Maurizio was so welcoming, warm and friendly. Everything you want Italy to be and more and 100% authentic and genuine. Good to see a Napoli shirt framed on the ceiling too...Forza... More

Master craftsman of pizza! Mauricio's passion for pizza results in some of the best pizza I've ever eaten. He strives for excellence and it shows.
