Calzone for dinner

Had a calzone for dinner here and wasn't very impressed. The sauce was so watery that the dough got soggy and the mushrooms were canned. I won't recommend this place to anyone.

We went for pizza, all was good. The pizzas are named after philosophers, hence its name, which makes it unique in this. The place is not big, recently renovated, not noisy also when full. When the weather allows, there are tables outside. The staff was friendly and the service attentive and fast, even on a busy Saturday night. While they... More

Our hotel (the "Nazionale", next door) recommended this place for pizza, specifically, and recommended we not order pasta, etc. We followed their recommendation = a fantastic meal. The place was jammed but we received our pizzas incredibly quickly. The couple next to us had pasta and waited a lot longer. It didn't look as good. The bill was tiny.

very close to the cathedral, this restaurant has a very long list of pizza. I went 3 times in the first 2 weeks of September and I'm so satisfied! The value for money also is significant. I believe that anyone that like pizza, will be satisfied.

Nice and not expensive restaurant, just a few steps away from the cathedral. We had a pizza (which was thin, crispy and huge) and a chicken dish with salad. Food is good, service is good, value for money.

Cosy setting, poor waiter service. Ordered water, olives as an appetiser .....nothing turned up. Meal turned up cold so I returned it. Five minutes later, same meal turned up like a piece of rubber. I sent it back, waiter apologised. My partners pizza burnt at the edges all the way around. I asked for the bill, guess what ? He... More

We had good outdoor pizza lunches there two days in a row. Pizza Capricciosa (ham, olives, artichokes) and one with anchovies, then Capricciosa and one with tuna and onions.

We took a pizza here (from Hotel Nazionale), with bresaola. Very good, I wish I had one now to eat! We took it to our room, so cannot say much about the service.
