We went twice to La Baita during our stay in Faenza. Tasty food, a nice selection of wines, friendly staff and a modern-classical interior decoration that matches well with the style of the food being served. Friendly staff. A place to enjoy

Great place for lunch or dinner - great cold cuts and many great pasta dishes. Definitely a place to visit if you go to Faenza

What a selection of wines! The walls are lined with them, made me nervous sitting next to so many bottles. Try a bottle of Gallegati, local vineyard. Large selection of food from pasta (yeah, pasta in Italy) to local meats. 66 euros for three. What movie is the picture on the placemat from?

I ve just dined at La Baita which has an outdoor space during summer. Service in the average, a few of local specialties, crostini misti weren't special but primi piatti were delicious, hand made pasta and a pumpkin soup with prawn to die for. Robiola cake was the dessert we ended with: I wish we chose another dessert

We frequent this place when in Faenza. Good food, great wine list with friendly prices. Staff very friendly (they let us change a bottle of wine we didn't like for a different one without a fuss). Also great to stock up on salami, cheese, sausages, pasta etc.

Food and wine and service were excellent . Communication in English was difficult but that made it more fun .

La Baita cooks products they also sell. I was told the cook personnaly chooses the products by visiting local producers. There is a long and enticing wine list. On the negative side, there as in so many other places, if you are alone, you get a table you would not necessarily want. In this case, I was seated at a... More

La Baita was recommended by Samuel of Palazzo Boschi when we asked where to eat in Faenza. It is also listed in the guide Osterie d'Italia, so we thought it would be worth going. We received a cool greeting by a young staff member who asked if we had a booking whilst looking at my informal attire up and down... More

But the bill adds up quickly...The local Sangiovese by 'il Bruno' was the perfect accompaniment to a great mix of local salumi, wonderful artichokes preserved in oil, and a delicious tagliata.
