Amazing food! The best in Chiavari, at a very low price. Quick service and friendly staff. Can get very busy so try and book a table

This is a great little place serving authentic food at a good price. Don't be put off by the fact that there is no English on the menu, the very friendly staff will show you what each of the meals are if you ask. Probably my favourite place for lunch in Chiavari

Great selection of typical local food you must try the farinata, cina, verdure ripiene e baccalà fritto. And of course trofie al pesto and acciughe al limone for a starter. No booking, so you need to turn up at the right time. And all served quickly and on a very reasonable budget. Don't miss it.

Very busy with physical waiting list, we were there right at 7 pm and got a table for 3. Vino della casa, antipasti, primero, secondo, all very authentic Ligurian and extremely tasty. Portions are small, so are the prices, and you can therefore try a lot and enjoy heavily! Very recommendable - just be early!

This is a typical family business trattoria, serving local food with quite rich assortment of fish and meat dishes. Quality is on top, and a waiting list is always full, if you come in one of the summer days. I suggest fried fish, carciofi and local spirits.

You know that you are on the right track when the locals are eating at the restaurant that you have chosen. No frills but an interesting choice of authentic local dishes at the most reasonable prices we have seen in Italy so far. The Cima which is a cold veal terrine was outstanding and we only found it by watching... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by the host of our lodge. The restaurant looks pretty ordinary with both indoor and outdoor seatings. Menu is simple but is in Italian. Staff does not speak English too but you could manage if you know some of the basic terms for good. This is a very causal restaurant and you don't have... More

That's really a good example of what so called in Italy "Osteria". It's a place where you could eat delecious regional dishes to a very resonable price and in typic place. Menù spread from fish to meat , from pasta to risotto going to the well known ligurian tradition of vegetable cakes. Only one minor problem you should came early... More

We visited the Riviera de Levante and founds that Osteria as a Tip in our travel guide. Went there and enjoyed the basic and local food, the friendliness of the staff, even the location is different then those normal tourist places and all that for a great price and little cost. Went there again the next day!
