Staying at Villa D'Este (one of the renown Leading Hotels of the World), we were definitely on the hunt to experience a bit of the real world in Cernobbio. So the fact that the interior looked a little dated and there was a stage in the centre of the restaurant where live music is played sealed it for us and... More

Our waitress Katya made our evening! She forced us to speak Italian and made it fun. She was a hoot! Pizza was phenomenal and the background music of classic 80's music made the night a blast from the past. Definitely try the spicey oil on your Pizza which added a zing to every bite! We stayed after dinner for the... More

Talking about traditional. Food was very good. They tried really hard to satisfy our non-Italian wishes. Very friendly team. Food was fresh and delicious.

Trip advisor is both a blessing and can be fatal. Me and my fiancé are both big foodies and therefore rely heavily on trip advisor when traveling; always on the hunt for good food and do our best to avoid those awful tourist traps. We almost decided against this place as some of the negative reviews put us off, but... More

recommended, just a few steps away from Hotel San Giuseppe. Both pizza and other dishes were very good. Good ratio price/quality

Loved the fact that there is barely any English spoken here as it meant I could try my bad Italian out on the staff. Genuine friendly service, good quality food and great value lunch at 9 euro for two courses. Pasta was plentiful and al dente and pizza was crisp and flavoursome. We enjoyed it that much that we went... More

Ate here a couple of times last week whilst attending a convention nearby - yes - it is basic, but the food is well done and down to earth, with friendly service, and at a great price. Go for the fixed price lunch menu at 9 euros - excellent value.

Ok setting, average food, slightly overpriced pasta dishes (wish there was more variety too) that were really just average (my pasta was even a little bit too al dente for my likes) Pizzas were good, thick-crust, good selection of toppings. Friendly staff. Seems like they have live music at night but strangely during lunch they play English pop.

We enjoyed getting takeaway pizzas and dining at La Pergola a few times during our holiday in Cernobbio. Their pizzas are hard to beat. They tasted great and we loved their thicker crusts (more prevalent in southern Italy). The service in the restaurant was prompt and friendly. Our favourite pizza was the Margarita.

We had a late lunch made of 4 excellent pizzas. Service was very friendly and the whole lunch with drinks and coffee costs 40 Euros! Great place to eat!
