It's very clean, the staff speaks English and they are very nice. The sushi tastes great, and this is coming from a person who lived in Japan for 4 years. I've tried a few places and this one is my favorite. And, every time I e-mail them to put in a takeout order I get a reply within 10 minutes.... More

I am a fan of this kind of food and my impression is that in this restaurant it is prepared in an excellent way. Maybe the menu is a little bit limited. service is impeccable

Well, I hate giving less than stellar reviews, but I rely on the honesty of tripadvisor reviews a ton, so I'm going to give it to you straight (based on my one visit.) Let me first start off with saying the staff was very friendly, spoke fantastic English and I have no complaints about that aspect. I'll just go right... More

AMAZING night at Buddha Rouge. The sushi was perfectly prepared, quick to the table, excellent quality. The staff was polite and friendly, with great English skills. The room was clean, quiet, and well-presented. Buddha Rouge gives you a great experience at a very reasonable price.

Friendly staff speak English and Japanese. The sushi is fresh and well presented. Milieu is quietly stated Japanese with quiet music and soft lighting. We lived in Japan and we know good sushi when we find it. In the heart of downtown Caserta with ample parking, the Buddha Rouge is the only sushi restaurant we frequent.
