Beautiful location, I was there for dinner, the dishes were excellent from what my friends reported but not very inclusive, as a celiac I practically had an "imposed" menu, limited choice only for the starters. Once seated I had to ask for allergens twice (during the booking phase celiac disease had obviously been reported and they said there was no problem). First: NO ONE can be ordered from the menu, I was offered a pasta with tomato/ragú (what can I say), the only second course that could be ordered was the tagliatelle. I spent dinner watching my friends eat and I really felt "excess" by the behavior of the dining room staff, especially the girl, who was unprofessional, she was clearly annoyed. Buonasera, ci dispiace molto che non si sia trovata bene presso il nostro ristorante. Purtroppo, essendo limitati negli spazi, non abbiamo un laboratorio separato per le preparazioni gluten free e di conseguenza non possiamo garantire un ambiente totalmente sterile da farine. Non conosco il suo livello di allergia ma salvo casi estremi posso dirle che su 5 antipasti solo uno prevede un impanatura, gli altri possono essere ordinati. Nei primi abbiamo il riso che è senza glutine, oltre alla pasta che le è stata proposta. Nei secondi, oltre alla tagliata da lei menzionata, abbiamo anche il baccalà mantecato che viene preparato senza farine. I dolci tutti ordinabili. Lunch for a 50th anniversary, 7 people. The location is immersed in the vineyards of the hills of Monferrato Casalese, a typical restored brick and stone farmhouse that offers high-level dishes with a beautiful open kitchen. Each dish presented was an escalation of flavors, everything was highly appreciated and the quality of the raw material is perceived from the first to the last bite of each course. Quite obvious and obvious: a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape, the vineyards, the pool area very suggestive. What struck us immediately after we paid a visit?
