Traditional stuffed olives Ascolane, and cremini flavoured with anisette (this is an acquired taste), followed by a primo of mezzomaniche and guanciale (pig's cheek) which was sensational and spaghettoni with a tomato ragu was routine without raising the pulse. Good salads. Inexpensive.
