La Capannaccia, set on a beautiful Tuscan hillside, is a superb place to eat. A family run business for 50+ years, the food and wine and other beverages are wonderful. Great atmosphere with fabulous staff. Very popular on weekends. Don't miss it if you are in Tuscany!

One of my worst experiences in 32 years of Italy experiences. Exceptional poor staff that forgot that I am a paying guest. Instead of a warm welcome and explaining their concept I was asked if I wanted red wine of white wine and water with or without bubbles even before I could take place on a seat. The choice of... Geat place to see how italians spend time and eat. Good, fresh and natural food. Great view. Tuscan grill - you have to see it. Over the years always great quality of food. But you have to be ready to spend there 15-40€ per person

Restaurant among the oldest in Arezzo, in the hills a little out of town, with a terrace with views of the valley. The overall style of the restaurant is quite ordinary, here what counts is the substance of what you eat. Only one important flaw, they do not give the menu to choose and see the prices ... so I... The restaurant is located high in the hills above Tegozzano, but the journey is definitely wothwhile. The food is typically Tuscan, servings are generous and the service is great. Prices are reasonable and all in all La Capannacia is real value for money.

This place was just down the hill from Buccia Nera Agriturismo where we were staying. Each time we drove by this place it was always packed. The food is great, the service equally as good and the views are spectacular. We had the antipasti which is almost a meal in itself, followed by pastas, desserts, coffee 2 bottles of water... More

It is really hard to find a bad place to grab a bite to in Tuscany especially if you are brought that by people who were raised and borned there, and that is what happened to me. Situated a handful of kilometers away from Arezzo, this magnificent perched on a hilltop place overlooks the countless green hills and valley surrounding... More

This is a typical place where you can eat delicious food from tuscany tradition. You can eat mixed "crostini" as appetizer, a selection of first dishes (risotto ai funghi is delicious) and the mixed grill for 35 euros each. Good wine, good food, warm people, a visit is recommended. A reservation is required, the place is often full even because... More
