We had heard a lot of things about traditional fish restaurants in Anzio. Our mistake that we didnt check the food of this restaurant. To begin with, the waiter recomended our choice which was the 13 different apetizers. Then he said that we should have one main course to share. It was a good recomendation and enough food. Maybe we... More

We arrived and were quickly shown to a table and a wine order taken. White wine arrived without anything to keep it cold and despite asking twice none appeared - other tables had ice buckets so notvsure what happened. Waited ages for our order to be taken - had to flag someone down in the end. Food arrived pretty quickly... More

Capo d'anzio the restaurant and the name of the entree was amazing from start to finish. A busy restaurant and the starter includes 13 individual small tasters which were sensational. Being able to produce these and get them to the table promptly is no easy task and the staff performed this so well. For mains we ate ravioli stuffed with... More

I already wrote a review in Italian some time ago and after our last experience I feel the need to do it in English. We live in Anzio and this place is one of our favourite restaurants. We went again on a busy summer evening and I booked a table at around 18.30 and we were lucky enough to find... More

Not sure if they witnessed the epic tantrum of our toddler a few hours earlier, or if they just didn't want to deal with non-locals that day, but the server came to our table after we sat, told us it was reserved, and that all the tables were reserved, and waited for us to pack up. We didn't even have... More

A small but pleasant restaurant in the port of Anzio. Went there on The 12 th of December and even though with a coupon, we found cordiality and good service, portions were generous and quality was good, but some of the dishes mentioned on the coupon were not available. Overall it was a positive experience.

This place is very nice, all painted in light blue, giving a great sense of peace as you step in. The food was quite good, We got the fixed price menu(Eur 18) that included a good portion of mussels for starter, spaghetti with clams and then a super fresh and tasty salad with main of fried calamari and prawns for... After a day of swimming at the beautiful public beach in Anzio, we were ready for some local seafood. We settled on Capo d'Anzio after walking by several other places. It is tastefully decorated in a nautical style with beautiful blue water glasses that caught our attention. We were amazed at the amazing meal we got. For 18 euros per... More

We ate there just last week, on a whim: we'd walked past quite a few places and decided to give this modern-style, well-maintained restaurant a go. And we weren't disappointed. The be all and end all is the fish and seafood. It was wonderfully, zingily fresh and very well, which is to say simply and straightforwardly, prepared and presented. My... More
