To put yourself in Chef Bruno's Hands and free him to create is is to take a culinary journey par excellence ! Using locally sourced ingredients and combining them as only he can is a true delight. We spent several days in Alba at the lovely Palazzo Finati and enjoyed several dinners there. The appetizers , pasta dishes , main... More

We had a tasting menu accompanied by a different wine for every dish. The food gave a good reflection of local cuisine and was enjoyed by all. A good choice for dinner in Alba.

We enjoyed few time the meals with Bruno during last few years, so naturally we were happy to have the next dinner in his restaurant - Dulcis Vitis. It was our BIG mistake. From the beginning we had a feeling that something is wrong. In the city like Alba if you don't see locals clients .... it's definitely bed sign.... More

We were recommended from a friend to visit this restaurant. We were in Alba for the truffle so we did go ahead and experience the white gold that comes in season ones a year. We did not even looked at the menu, the chef/owner Bruno came alone and we told him what we would like to have with the White... More

This is one of the best local cuisine restaurants in Alba. Great atmosphere, very good service, very good food, rational prices. Recommended!

The restaurant was recommended by the manager of il Becco in Mexico and we decided to give it a try during our stay in Alba for the White Truffles Festival. The check-in was a bit cold, but when we introduced ourselves to Chef Bruno Cingolani, we had a very different and wonderful experience! He took great care of us. He... More

We came here advised by our hotel. Very nice and small place, the food is superb. We took antipasti, first and second all shared in two. Tuna carpaccio to start, spagetti with meat sauce for first and meat with foie gras for main were superb! The price wad about 100 euro(one antipasti, one first and one main course, bottle of... We specifically went to Alba when we were driving from Lago di Como to Portofino, just to visit Dulcis Vitis. At first, we were disappointed as the place seemed it was closed, the doors were shut and there was no one around. When we actually walked to the front, there was a sign which read ¨Sempre Apperto¨ (always open), so... More

This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel, so we had no preconceptions. We have now been twice because it was such a great place to try the Alba White Truffle-great quality truffle, generous servings of it and top quality food to accompany it. Bruno and his staff are wonderful. This place is a real gem.
