Amazing wine program!

Amazing wine program to go with the award winning food! Very cool "Coravin" by the glass list. A bit expensive but such a sensory experience!

Enrico Grippo has really created a masterpiece here. The fine wines, and theatrical presentation of fine food makes for a very enjoyable experience. One is treated to items that combine elements of traditional Piemontese and garden variety Italian dishes with subtle flavors and textures of Japan, China and molecular gustatory techniques. The outcomes are not pretentious and flavors are unique and... More

Clean , minimalistic atmosphere, very attentive stuff. Quiet and relax, but too much of a lot of little things, can't remember what I ate in the end.

Had an amazing experience here in August 2015. Extremely well hidden away just off Piazza Duomo, albeit with a pink entrance. The restaurant is on the first floor -- take the elevator and you are greeted by a great number of attentive staff. Liked the atmosphere, with the reduced, clean style and modern fresco. We had the "Tradizione e Innovazione"... More

To begin with, it is the very ugliest dining room in which I have ever dined. It is on the second floor of an old building that was modernized in the fifties ( I am guessing). You reach it from a creaky fifties elevator. You arrive in what looks like an improvised reception area. The main dining room (there is... More

super modern, creative cuisine in a tiny dining room, with pink walls over looking a classic piedmontese square; that alone jars. the service is stiff and perfunctory and not a little self-satisfied. the 50 ingredient salad is a classic, but is more cerebral than delicious. the cuisine is super progressive, but perhaps lacks a spark. there was neither finesse or... This must be one of the best restaurants in Italy, along with Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. We feel fortunate that we read about Piazza Duomo and made a reservation. It is just a red door without any name so you need to know where you are going to find it. We often eat in NYC and have been to the... More

I had the degustation lunch menu and it was excellent. As I wanted to try the white truffles, they allowed me to swap some of the dishes for the truffle menu, which was great. The ingredients used were really fresh and most of the dishes were cooked perfectly (out of the 10 dishes + 15? amuse bouches, only one meat... More

I had lunch here to enjoy some white truffles in This November. All food were very tasty with white truffles. The chef creates not only truffles flavor but beautiful decoration plates as art on dishes. I asked some kind glass of wines with food course to sommelier. He selected 6 kinds of some large to combination with all dishes. I... More

Very tasty and creative cooking, really mouthwatering. However, the interior seems cold and carelessly done. Prices bring water to your eyes.
