We visit Sicily once or twice a year and we always make it a point to drive the 40 minutes from our place to eat here at least a couple of times while we are visiting. We have always had a very good meal and service is excellent. We also always have the sparking wine 'Charme' which is produced in... More

Stopped by for dinner rather late ~9:30pm which is actual dinner time for locals. Place was basically to capacity by the time i arrived but luckily still had a table for one. They were quite busy. 3 waiters/waitresses for 16 tables The place is conveniently located on the main street (Atenea) and the sitting area is an island. Got a... More

We had read about this restaurant before arriving in Agrigento and it fully lived up to our recommendations. Excellent sea food and a decent wine list. Not the cheapest but well worth the price. A small terrace which you should try to get on if at all possible - you would certainly miss lovely views if dining inside.

We had decided earlier when passing on our way to the Duomo that this would make a good place for lunch - and we were right! I had spaghetti bolognese and my wife a tomato salad. Beer coke and then coffee. All very good. Whilst there a heavy thunderstorm came over so we all had to duck indoors to avoid... More

Located off the main shopping street, this little gem serves quality Sicilian food and drink at a reasonable price. A series of small outdoor terraces, shaded by huge umbrellas, offer great views over the valley while you enjoy the food and service. The best caponata in Agrigento? We had both lunch and dinner here and were delighted both times,

The view is good, but there are lot of better places to eat in Agrigento. The pasta just isn't good enough.

In the heart of the old part of the town with a fantastic view. Depending on where you sit you can even catch a glimpse of the valley of the temples. We had lunch outside & dinner inside. The staff were extremely attentive & it was overall an extremely pleasant experience. The minestrone soup was outstanding, sea bass excellent, very... More

Looking for something at 2pm with a sore leg not wanting to aimlessly we followed our nose to a great little spot. Garlic, wine herby seafood smell drew us in to this terrace with a great view over the coast line below in the distance. Good local produce and seasonal specials. Good find.

We drove around Sicily for 3 weeks in June 2015. Most of the restaurants we tried was exceptionally good. When we came to Agrigento we tried this restaurant because our hotel recommended. But it was a disappointment. It is way too touristic. And even though I ordered a simple mussel plate, it wasn't fresh at all and had no taste.... More
