Stayed in the B&B (but in T'Gallant - separate building) so ate in The Rashleigh Inn. Excellent food, cooked to order and excellent service.

We dropped in after the carnival for dinner. Easily got an outside table as most people were still watching the Flora Dance. My moussaka was tiny, dry and the aubergines were not cooked through. With a small side salad it was twice the price it...More

Never normally write a review but had to in this case. Visited a couple of years ago and the food was great, this time the burgers were overcooked, rubbery and pretty inedible. The 'special' cheesecake was a tiny obviously frozen variety and totally bland -...More

Very good pub with decent food at the top of Charlestown with a car park! Can get very busy so the wait for food increases.

Absolutely awful food here. Chicken and Chorizo stew was presented in a soup dish and looked like the contents of somebody's bowel. The dish was half empty and there was no sign of any chicken.....this was on the menu for £13! Mushroom and cheese moussaka...More

Visited as a group of 7 for friends birthday lunch. Only had crab sandwich, which was nicely presented but more mayonnaise than crab and at £10.00 rather expensive, don't mind paying that for a crab sandwich as I know crab is expensive but felt a bit...More

The food here used to be excellent, but have noticed the crab sandwiches cutting considerably back on the crab. Fish and chips is excellent though. Possibly the best I've ever had in a pub!

stopped for the afternoon at Charlestown on a very hot day. Decided to eat here because it was popular and the garden was inviting. Was very large inside but found an outside table near to the wall so was sheltered from any breeze. The garden...More

Hi and thank you for your question. I'm afraid that there isn't a pool table at the Rashleigh. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Best wishes, St Austell Brewery Management.

Description
The Pub has moved with times and although over 150 years old boasts eight four star gold rated rooms, a public bar, popular with the locals that shows all live sport and has great bands every fortnight. Our lounge bar is fantastic for relaxing in with large leather sofas and armchairs with a touch of historic Charlestown. The restaurant is modern, open plan and serves locally sourced food. And if the weather's good our patio and garden is the ideal place to spend a few hours or more!
