Although the atmosphere in the pub is pretty sterile, the food is reasonably priced and the service is pretty good, so its worth a visit if your in the area wanting a casual night out with a couple of pints!

Lovely Pub, had a very nice Sunday Roast, which I could not finish, so much of it, staff were friendly and polite, very clean, and in a beautiful setting, will be back.

As a bit of a curry snob I am always a bit sniffy about the idea of pub curries but I was very impressed with the vegetable curry I had at The Harbourside Inn. Whilst it was clearly not authentic Indian cuisine, I enjoyed it as much as if it had of been. An extremely tasty homemade curry, nicely presented... More

The Harbourside Inn has an excellent location, next door to the Pier House Hotel, and offers a very good evening meal alternative to the Hotel's restaurant. It has a pleasant bar that is frequented by locals and offers an amiable atmosphere. The menu offers a range of possibilities and choices made by our 'foursome' were all excellent. Friendly and efficient... More

Also whilst staying in downtown Charlestown harbour, we found another quaint pub/restaurant near the waterfront. They made our group of 12 or so people, very comfortable. Great find, great place... cozy, warm and nice cold beer. the food was excellent..... thanks for another great night out on the town...

Good food wide choices and also acceptable prices. Beer is very important to the men and this was also acceptable

Generally good pub serving excellent food and drink Always busy in a superb location good for business of course but the awful acoustic design of the place means the noise level is horrific literally impossible to have a conversation without shouting, coupled with a selfish group of smokers right outside the entrance at any time of day blocking the door... We dropped in after a long day of tourist activities to be greeted with friendly faces and tasty meals of seafood and steak. The trio of local fish and the seafood frenzy were highlights
