I always tend to opt for a meat dishes however on this occasion I didn't just look at the menu but at what everybody else was eating and I am glad I did ! The Cod starter was absolutely unbelievable, Sea Bass Main cooked to perfection... As a "Meat Eater" I looked at my Bacon & Sausage the next morning... More

On a rainy October half term day, by accident we found this little gem. Overlooking a quay with tall ships moored. We were greeted by a cheerful member of staff Debbie. Debbie saved the day! Having driven to St Austell area from Padstow in pouring rain, my partner was dreaming of an all day breakfast - at 2pm!!! Obviously well... More

Enjoyed lunch here at the small port of St Austell. Had fish and chips which was delicious but massive portions. Staff were excellent. Definitely recommend this place for food.

We had a meal here whilst staying in a local guesthouse. Menu was interesting and varied, food good, service friendly and price reasonable. A very enjoyable evening.

We wanted seafood and this restaurant did not fail to disappoint. The chef here obviously cooks with passion and this came across in both starters, mains and deserts. Highly recommended. The only thing I would change is to raise the partition blinds between tables so that you are not peaking at your neighbours...

Pleasant friendly restaurant. Visited out of season on our holiday but still popular. Varied enticing menu reasonable middle of the range prices for delicious food.. Attentive waiters and staff. The cod bite starters were melt in the mouth hence why my partner is now ' hungry for more' and we plan to go again before we leave .

Cosy restaurant in a charming village with lovely view on the harbour. Very comprehensive menu with a prominent presence of fish. The fish and chips is one of the best we have had in this country. The batter is very delicate and it melts in your mouth. The trio of different fish served with salad is very tempting while the... More

Greeted with a smile on stepping through the door. Told we could sit at a table of our choice and even though it was busy the menu was brought almost immediately. There was a lunch menu as well as the main menu so plenty of choice. The food was tasty, well cooked and presented. The staff friendly and attentive without being... More

Looking to eat out on Saturday night and not having visited Wreckers for a couple of years thought we would give it a go. So glad we did. Brilliant from start to finish, Staff, Food and Price. It's no wonder the place is so busy the 'mainly seafood' menu is excellent, all fresh local produce cooked to perfection. The Seafood... More

Only stopped for coffee, but nice outside area. Friendly staff, menu looked good but we didn't eat. Would certainly recommend on what we saw.
