Rather small tea lounge, but larger seating area available just outside the lounge. Great for meeting lots of friends.

The portions are huge compared to their prices and in comparison to other cafes like Starbucks or Costa. They have a nice selection of tea and their sugar serving is nice (crystalized, not powder). The area outside is nice along to indoors but their tables are too low without any leg space which is not much comfortable. The waiter is... More

We visited this tea house in The Wave, at the Ground Floor of The Walk Mall, as we wanted to try their Japanese tea and ice cream. Unfortunately for my wife, the Matcha Soft Cream was not available on that day. For me, I got to try their Matcha Latte, and I would say that aside from the bottom not... More

I visited their branch in The Walk in The Wave. My rating is based on just the one tea that I tried and I hope it will be better when I'm here the next time trying some other tea. It looked like a hang out place for the Omani Nationals, who are very friendly by the way. The place is... More

Chado had great Persian tea and a good selection of flavored teas. They are friendly and helpful; however, if you like Japanese tea, this is NOT the place to go.

I love their tea and location. If you want to have afternoon tea and relax with the full view of the sea then it is the best lounge for you.

Review: Chado has two branches, the one at the Walk, The Wave, Muscat opened in late 2014 and one at Shatti Beach which opened a while back. Both are small 'niche' type places to have a range of coffees, teas and soft drinks. Chado is very hit or miss with its teas due to the range of flavours and the... More

The Tea Lounge has two branches , one in Shatti Al Qurom near Slider Station and the other one is The Walk building in The Wave Muscat. They have the Tea Forte brand for tea and illy coffee items. The Espresso coffee powder and the frozen illy coffee are our favorites. We also tried the Moroccan coffee and it was... More

I went chado at The Walk branch in the wave Muscat. Me and my friend were amazed by the long menu and the different variety of the tea. The staff was helpful and assist my friend to select his Blueberry Ice tea, while I preferred something I know the Indian Masalla tea. The order delivered in no time, It looks... More
