Hooked on Marahau is a lovely restaurant with delicious food and fantastic people. We felt very welcomed, felt like we were at our local. The fish sliders were fresh and beautiful. If you are in the area I would highly recommend popping along.

Visited for dinner on Saturday evening, and following a very scrumptious meal and relaxed atmosphere, decided to return for breakfast, where we were not disappointed. Staff and service, food... all exceptional!

We arrived at 7.45 pm, within opening hours, and were told the kitchen was closed already. We were "kindly" offered two "delicious home-made" sausage rolls as the only option, for which we were grateful. We had barely sat dow and were asked to pay, before...More

Great place for casual lunch. Rueben sandwich was very satisfying with wholegrain bread and corn beef. The beef burger was divine with salad, beetroot and relish served with fries. I don't usually eat burgers, but I have never ever had a burger this good. Yum...More

Description
Hooked on Marahau is a cafe and beer garden located on the Marahau waterfront; 1.5Km from the start of the Abel Tasman National Park's Coastal Track. Hooked has arguably the best view in the area with vistas across Tasman Bay and north along the Astrolabe to Adele and Fisherman's Islands in the Abel Tasman. We serve cafe style breakfast and lunches with barista coffee and homemade baked goods. We also have a daily happy hour from 4:00pm to 6:00pm. Dinner is bistro style with local wines and locally brewed craft beers.
